These two were made especially for a law school graduate and her mother. I hadn’t made much with resin in a while, but I know how loved these pieces are, so for this special gift, I wanted to make sure it really shined. One of my favorite ways to accent my works is with text. I often use gelli plate transfers for background text, and in these, I used written words. For the first one, my daughter wrote something meaningful for her friend the graduate. In the second one, I picked words from a song.
